Keywords: Reverent. Successor. Middle of nowhere. Mute girl. Circus. Beasts.
Synopsis: Reverent finds himself with his own group to the real backward village. He starts to preach and success is evident (with the help of religious, but violent movies). But villagers have their own circus, the mute girl who was raised by wolf. Is the temptation only what man can give to God, the one who has everything? Priests lust over naked, wildered girl against male successor's love on his God-like reverent.
Comment: Bruce Jones' horrible story is brilliant. It's filosofic and keeps attention till the shocking end. This kind of stories are ideal for Corben; he does his work as suberb as can do. Provocative poses of mute girl reminds the ones in "John Constantine, Hellblazer: Hard Time".
